Our core clients are family owned and run businesses including tradespeople, professionals and those in the medical industry. We specialize in structuring our clients’ businesses correctly from the start to give it the best chance of success. We also plan strategies for businesses to transition from one generation to another or get them into the best possible position for sale. Whatever your needs are, we have the knowledge to help you move in the right direction. Our business coaching/advisory service is what excites us the most. Many people dream about running their own business. We find that many small business owners are technically brilliant in their field or they have a great business idea. But, being in business is not all fun and games. To have a successful business you need the right formula and the right people coaching you through it. | Small business owners often find themselves wearing many hats. One minute they’re the HR person, the next they’re bookkeeping, cleaning, working as a technician, sales rep, and building client relationships. The list of responsibilities for a business owner is endless. They’re often in survival mode, battling with cashflow issues and the tax office. Business owners also often feel there isn’t enough time in the day to keep up with everything in business and their personal lives and it’s hard to stay on top of things. If you can relate, we can coach you and your business to overcome these issues. Instead of working for your business, we can flip it around so the business works for you. That’s right, we’ll help you build and design your business so that it provides you and your family with the financial rewards you deserve and the work/life balance you need. |
